At Ruubyt Plants, every plant is prepared, inspected, and shipped with the highest care to ensure it arrives healthy and ready to thrive in its new home. Because our products are live plants, each one is unique and perishable — for this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference.
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, a 10% restocking and processing fee will apply to cover time, materials, and transaction costs.
Once your order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally, plants may experience stress during transit. If your plant arrives in poor condition:
Please note that some minor cosmetic flaws (such as a bent leaf, small tear, or spilled soil) are common and do not qualify as damage.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Ruubyt Plants is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry.
We will, however, do our best to help you track your package or open a carrier claim if needed.
