Refund and Return Policy

At Ruubyt Plants, every plant is prepared, inspected, and shipped with the highest care to ensure it arrives healthy and ready to thrive in its new home. Because our products are live plants, each one is unique and perishable — for this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

1. Change of Mind or Order Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference.

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, a 10% restocking and processing fee will apply to cover time, materials, and transaction costs.

Once your order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally, plants may experience stress during transit. If your plant arrives in poor condition:

Please take clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label within 6 hours of delivery.
Email the photos and your order number to ruubytplant@gmail.com.
Our team will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or partial refund is appropriate.

Please note that some minor cosmetic flaws (such as a bent leaf, small tear, or spilled soil) are common and do not qualify as damage.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Ruubyt Plants is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry.
We will, however, do our best to help you track your package or open a carrier claim if needed.
